Our claims professionals work closely with tribal representatives to help mitigate losses and reduce the cost of risk.
All claims for the Tribal Program, regardless of severity or location, should be reported to the Arrowhead Claims Intake Center and they are ready to accept claims and provide three ways for you to submit new loss reports:

To expedite the handling of your new claim, the following information must be provided when reporting a claim:
- Name of Insured
- Policy Number
- Date of Loss
- For notices not requiring action (ex. Incident reports), clearly mark as “REPORT ONLY”
American Claims Management (ACM) will review all claims upon receipt and will assign to the appropriate adjuster to handle your claim. A claim acknowledgement will then be transmitted to the designated individuals advising them of the claim number and the adjuster assigned to the claim
